Equality plan

inlingua Andorra has always been a company committed to equal treatment and opportunities for people who work with or are linked to it.

On the occasion of the first edition of the Olympe de Gouges award, which took place in 2018, the company’s Equality Plan was drawn up to confirm this.

Since we were awarded with this unique recognition, our actions have continued to ensure the improvement of working conditions and the well-being of the people who are part of our company thanks to the Equality Commission which is made up of inlingua staff.
